Fishes have a great meaning in creating our diet thanks to very specified substances they contain. The most important are high-valued-proteins, Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins: B, A, D and mineral ingredients, especially fluorine and iodine.

Fish dishes have large influence on human health. According to food recommendations it is reasonable to eat 2-3 fishy dishes per week ( 200-300g). Our attention should be focused on sea fishes, hich are valuable and probably the only source od Omega 3 fatty acids.
